With the successful release of the Galaxy Note 7, OEMs have a high standard to live up to. But, of course, someone has stepped up to the challenge: The UMi Max. From the specs this guy packs, it would definitely make you give some thought to which of the two devices to get; that is if you are not someone who prefers to stick with tried and trusted names.
Without further ado, let’s look at the specs of the Umi Max.

Now, you will see that there were some trade-offs with this device; like the absence of the Iris Scanner, less storage and 1GB less RAM. But, if you ask me, these trade-offs are worth overlooking when you consider the $200 price tag. Although, when I see something like this I kind of get skeptical, except, of course if it is a One Plus device. The UMi Max looks promising on paper, but will it live up to the hype and actually contend with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7? – if not toe-to-toe, at least to some extent.
We will be on the look out for user experience reviews and let you know if the UMi Max is actually as good as UMi says it is.
