How to recharge from a FCMB account

Nigerian banks have been improving in the services they render to their customers over the years, they have introduced new and innovative ways to make customers banking and monetary life easy and for this we are grateful.

This is is a new fresh one from First City Monument Bank and this is not so new in the banking sector but FCMB have decided to join the clique of banks that have decided to step up their services for their customers, they have done this by introducing a platform for their customers to recharge their mobile phones with airtime without having to leave a spot by just pressing their phones from their bank account.

I have used this service on how to recharge from a FCMB account with my bank account and I can tell you it has made my life easier and am pretty sure it would make yours easier too

This service is very easy to use but before you can do that make sure the number you used in registering your bank account with FCMB is what you are trying to use for this service, if you receive SMS alert from FCMB on your mobile phone then you are good to go, if not visit the nearest FCMB branch to change your mobile to the one you want to use for this service, in case you need help it’s that tall all white building with pillars in front. LOL

Without having to take too much of your time let’s get straight to it

From your phone simply dial *389*214*1*amount# then press the send key

For example *389*214*1*1000# or *389*214*1*500#
