This does not come as a surprise to some while it will come as a big surprise to others, after successfully releasing its first android powered device the BlackBerry Priv which was globally accepted BlackBerry finally took the tough decision, BlackBerry therefore announced that it is going totally in as far Android is concerned. The CEO of BlackBerry John Chen confirmed this in an interview at the CES saying that all the BlackBerry device that will be released this year will be powered by the Google’s OS which Android OS.
We noticed that BlackBerry has been trying last year to please it existing users which they keep loosing by creating a more secured OS and have tried to add more interesting but BlackBerry was not good as developing Applications and Games which the Google’s OS was very good at. BlackBerry actually took the good decision by moving out to the Android family.

So we should be expecting new phones from BlackBerry that will be powered by Android like the first Android powered BlackBerry phone which the BlackBerry Priv. Reports reaching us say that BlackBerry will be releasing about 2 phones or more this year but the CEO of BlackBerry John Chen did not saying anything confirming the phones to be released this year, from the Priv design I will suggest which should expect something good because BlackBerry will want to win their old customer and users back to keep the company running especially.
